Delete Your Indash Account
At Indash, we respect your privacy and give you control over your personal information.
If you no longer wish to use Indash, you may request the deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.
How to Request Account Deletion
You can request account deletion using either of the following methods:
Option 1: From the Indash App (Recommended)
- Open the Indash app.
- Sign in to your account.
- Navigate to Profile.
- Select Delete Account.
- Follow the confirmation steps.
If this option is not yet available in your version of the app, please use Option 2.
Option 2: Contact Us

- Your registered email address
- Your full name (optional, to help identify your account)
For your security, we may request additional information to verify your identity before processing your request.
What Information Will Be Deleted?
Once your request has been verified and approved, we will permanently delete or anonymize, where applicable:
- Your Indash account
- Profile information
- Grocery Lists
- Watchlists
- Saved shopping preferences
- Notification preferences
- Shopping history stored by Indash
- Associated authentication credentials
What Information May Be Retained?
Certain information may be retained for a limited period where required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
This may include:
- Financial transaction records
- Invoice records
- Promotion billing records
- Security logs
- Fraud prevention records
- Records required for tax, accounting, or legal compliance
This retained information will not be used for marketing purposes.
Retention Period
Where retention is required, information is kept only for the period necessary to:
- comply with applicable laws;
- resolve disputes;
- enforce legal agreements;
- protect against fraud or abuse.
Once those obligations have been satisfied, the retained information is securely deleted or anonymized.
Processing Time
We aim to process verified account deletion requests within 30 days.
If additional verification is required, processing may take longer.
